Privacy Policy

We collect only what is necessary to operate TradeAutomate AI: • Account email and password (hashed, never stored in plaintext) • Trading configuration settings (lot size, TP, SL, magic numbers) • Execution logs and signal records • Usage analytics (page views, feature usage — no personal identifiers) We do NOT collect: real-money account credentials, broker login details, or any financial account information.

Your data is used exclusively to: • Operate the TradeAutomate AI service and deliver signals to your MT4 EA • Improve signal accuracy and bot performance • Send transactional notifications you have opted into • Diagnose errors and maintain service reliability We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

TradeAutomate AI communicates with your MetaTrader 4 terminal via an Expert Advisor (EA) that you install and control. We do not have direct access to your MT4 account, broker credentials, or live trade history. All commands are sent as JSON signals — you retain full control to disable the EA at any time.

All data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Auth tokens are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We perform regular security audits. Despite best efforts, no system is 100% secure — use a strong, unique password and keep your auth token private.

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Execution logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support. Deletion is processed within 14 business days.

We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. You may disable cookies in your browser, but the app will require them to maintain your session.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, or port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@tradeautomate.ai.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
